Louise is President of the BPA and takes overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Association.  Louise is also Founder and CEO of jewellery brand, Pearls By Fleur - specialising in the retail of designer Pearl jewellery.

Louise previously ran a successful personal stylist consultancy, with a little black book of high society clients.



Jennifer Peacock UpdatedMembership Management - Jennifer Peacock

Jennifer Peacock is responsible for membership recruitment, general membership enquiries and is responsible for all commercial projects.

Jennifer is a founding member of the Sussex CARE Organisation founded in 1985. CARE is a 24 hour helpline providing care and assistance to members of the local community. She has held all senior positions within the organisation, including Chairman and Membership Secretary.

Jennifer has been Managing Director of her property business for over 40 years and brings her wealth of experience in the business world. Jennifer is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Belinda  Eriksson is responsible for all legal advice and advertising contracts.

Belinda is a founding partner of SW19 Lawyers LLP and a member of the Kings College School Law Society Committee. She qualified as a solicitor in 1990 at Freshfields and worked as a corporate tax lawyer for many years. She moved to Dell Inc as Legal Director for 11 years during which time she was involved in all areas of business, including HR and finance.

Currently, Belinda acts for a diverse group of both corporate and individual clients on a whole range of employment issues. She has been instructed by both Claimants and Respondents on many Employment Tribunal Claims. Belinda is very experienced with providing advice on the setting up Limited Liability Partnership Agreements. Belinda enjoys both contentious and non -contentious work but is focused on providing solutions that are in the interests of both parties.

Laurence Morris is a key advisor to the BPA, supporting members with advice on Wholesaling and the Retail Store environment.

Laurence is the owner of “Laurence Menswear” of Henley on Thames, a leading independent men’s fashion boutique offering quality brands with first class customer service. Laurence has over 30 years experience in the fashion trade, having initially started out in wholesale, exporting garments all over the world and dealing with some of the largest fashion retailers including Burberry, Tommy Hilfiger, brooks Brothers and Polo Ralph Lauren.  In addition to running his own retail business, Laurence acts as a mentor for several “start –up” companies. He is also actively involved in the business community.

Emma is a key advisor to the BPA, helping members to succeed in the world of online retailing.  Emma has over 15 years Finance and Operational experience, having fast tracked her career from Graduate to Finance Director in a FTSE100 company and more recently as Director at Deloitte (a Big 4 Consulting Firm).

Emma is a qualified Accountant, has an MBA and is currently Founder and CEO of Pinstripe & Pearls - an online department store for women in business, retailing to over 170 countries worldwide.

Pearl Expert and Qualified Gemmologist- Adriano Genisi

Adriano is a key advisor to the BPA, supporting members with advice on all aspects of the pearl gem.

Adriano graduated from the Gemmological Institute of America over twenty years ago.  His passion for pearls and his "hands on" approach brought him to understand, study and appreciate the culture surrounding the beauty of this natural gem.  Adriano runs a successful pearl consultancy in the buying, selling, certification and education of all pearls. Adriano has recently set up his online pearl jewellery store dedicated to this beautiful gem.
